Despite being one of the smallest Natural Parks in the province, Valderejo, is a site of great interest for hikers and tourists who wish to try new experiences in terms of mountain routes and other adventure sports.

Urkiola Natural Park: Famous for its deep valleys, the Urkiola Park offers one of the most spectacular routes in Spain, combining a gentle, easy to walk path with views and landscapes worthy of framing. It is also adorned by immense limestone rocks, ravines, caves and deep valleys, previously mentioned. It is recommended to visit Urkiola in summer to better appreciate the natural wonders found in its trails, however at any time of the year it is an attractive site for tourists who visit the province of Alava. Green Ring of Vitoria: In the green ring that is located on the outskirts of the capital of the Basque Country, Vitoria-Gasteiz, there are more than 47 kilometers of routes for walking or cycling.
