Enjoy the walks that the great Bilbao offers us. Inland and coastal walks at your fingertips, discover them!
Bilbao has many areas for walking or hiking, or rather the great Bilbao, since some of the walks that we are going to mention are located about 25 minutes drive from the center of Bilbao. In this article we will mention a walk in the center of Bilbao and two others on the outskirts (one on the right bank of the estuary of Bilbao and another on the left), but both with the same profile, quiet walks, for all audiences and with incredible views of the sea.

1.-Walk through Bilbao: This first walk, gives us the possibility to know much of Bilbao, so we could include it in our visit to Bilbao, without fear that we do not have time to know the city and its corners. We will start in the old town of Bilbao, in the seven streets, enjoying each of the corners that compose it, from these streets we will go to the subway station of San Nicolas, from which, we will go to the town hall of Bilbao by the walk that we have on the right side of the estuary. Following this same walk we will be able to enjoy a pleasant stroll through which we will be able to see from buildings with an architectural charm without equal, to the very Guggenheim of Bilbao, finishing in Deusto, in the maritime stroll, from which we will be able to see and admire the views towards the new San Mames, the soccer field of the Athletic club of Bilbao.

- Bilbao Maritime Museum.
- The Bilbao estuary.

We recommend crossing the estuary by one of the many bridges available. For the return trip we can take the subway at Deusto or San Mames subway station.

Walk from Getxo to Sopelana: This walk along the right bank starts near the beach of Arrigunaga, at the mill of Aixerrota. To get to this point we can get off at the Bidezabal metro stop. From the mill of Aixerrota we will move along the entire coast towards Sopelana, traveling practically the entire coast of the right bank, along the way, we can admire the lighthouse of Getxo, the golf course of Neguri, and of course the incredible views of the sea. When arriving at the beaches of Sopelana we have two options, return along the same promenade or go down to Larrabasterra and take the subway at the stop with the same name.
In this tour we will enjoy:

- Neguri golf course.
- The incredible ocean views.
- Beaches of Arrigunaga, Azkorri and Sopelana.

3.-Paseo de Pobeña a kobaron: Passage along the left bank, where the mines and the structures where the material was loaded onto the ships were located in the past. Similar to walk number 2 (between Getxo and Sopelana). We will start in Pobeña parking lot, climbing a few stairs with a certain slope (the only one of the whole way) and from that point we have no loss, as the road will take us to the end of it in kobaron. In this walk we recommend the return by the same way as we do not have very good communication by public transport.
