This restaurant gave us a new lesson that we will not easily forget: Today, we can eat very fresh fish anywhere in the Basque Country. <\/p>\n<p><u>Dessert:<\/u> The dessert we chose was warm cheesecake and red fruits, a dessert in which flavor and texture came together to provide an incredible experience for our senses. After studying at the Escuela Superior de Hosteler\u00eda de Artxanda in Bilbao, he has been trained in the kitchens of great Basque chefs such as Juan Mari Arzak or Martin Berasategi among many others.
