Miniature cuisine. Some bites, thanks to the type of cuisine made by this chef, current, with quality raw materials, respectful with the taste of the product, using innovative culinary techniques and aesthetically very attractive, fell in love with all those present. In our case, being a small group (6 people), Javier proposed us to taste each of the products prepared directly in the kitchen. In the rest of the cases, given the size of the kitchen and the number of attendees, this tasting usually takes place in the main dining room. The Lazcano family, owners of the original establishment, managed for decades this successful establishment located just 10 meters from the beach of Ereaga. In 2012, after a hard reform, this emblematic building was broken down into 3 different establishments: Petit Palace Hotel, Tamarises Bar &#8211; Terrace and Tamarises Izarra Restaurant.
