Once at this point, we must follow the brown signs indicating &#8220;Xorroxin&#8221;. Although at first it may seem that we are lost, it is not so, the &#8220;official&#8221; route makes us wander through the village before reaching a bridge where we take the path to Xorroxin. It is the point where both routes meet, the one that starts from Erratzu and the one that starts from the Gorostapolo neighborhood. In any case, the route to follow is perfectly signposted. We cross a wooden bridge and continue on our way until we reach our destination. Although the left side is the best point from which to contemplate this waterfall, we recommend that you be very careful. It is a very wet area where the rocks and roots that we find along the way tend to slip. This time we must take the road to Gorostapolo. Once we reach this small neighborhood, we must turn right to descend (along the road) to the center of Erratzu. Although this road does not usually have a lot of traffic, we recommend you to be very careful. In fact, the current route still passes through this neighborhood of Erratzu. Therefore, the old route of the Xorroxin waterfall is still an alternative to the &#8220;official&#8221; route, as long as we do not go by private vehicle. In this case, it is a linear route (round trip), which descends along a cobbled street (just after reaching Gorostapolo on the left hand side, next to the hermitage) until we reach the bridge that allows us to cross the I\u00f1arbegi riverbed. From here, we will link with the track that arrives from the center of Erratzu to reach our destination. And thanks to the 150 meters of accumulated slope that it has, it has been cataloged suitable for the whole family. The village is about 10 minutes by car from the center of Elizondo. You just have to follow the existing signs. Remember that it is forbidden to park in any space other than the parking area set up for the Xorroxin waterfall. This capacity control system will only be active in high season, the busiest time of the year. Of course, this parking has a limited number of places, so we recommend you to book as soon as possible. We hope it will be of help. <\/p>\n<div class=\"box info  \"><div class=\"box-inner-block\"><i class=\"fa tie-shortcode-boxicon\"><\/i>\n            \n<div class=\"checklist tie-list-shortcode\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On rainy days several sections of the route to the waterfall of Xorroxin are filled with mud, beware of slipping.<\/li>\n<li>Be careful when photographing the waterfall from the left side, it is very slippery.<\/li>\n<li>After the route we recommend you to get your strength in the bar Zubi Punta in Erratzu. For this we have 2 options, in the village of Erratzu itself, in the bar Zubi Punta, or in Amaiur, in the village mill.
