Which province is the best to watch the waves break?<\/strong> Guipuzcoa is undoubtedly the one that generates more spectacle with the breaking of the waves, but we must not forget Bizkaia and the French Basque Country, 2 regions where we can enjoy gigantic waves breaking against the defenses of the coastal municipalities.<\/p>\n
