The Bodegon de Mundaka, better known as “Bodegon”, was the restaurant chosen to get our strength back after our visit to the Biodiversity Center of Euskadi<\/a>. A small old-fashioned local, a local, located next to the port, a local, decorated with fishing motifs that cover the stone and wood that make up its structure, a restaurant of a lifetime. <\/p>\n

We can recognize the Bodegon by the plate of “Coca-Cola” that hangs of the facade that shares with the restaurant “Casino”, Casino superior plant, Bodegon first floor, two very well-known restaurants in the coast bizkaino that throughout the years have had several ups and downs as far as their quality. This facade of yellowish color, is whipped continuously by the winds of the Cantabrian, and it is that, the Bodegon, is located in first line of sea, glued to the port, next to the watchtower of Mundaka, an emblematic and privileged location. We recommend parking in one of the parking lots that we can find along Mundaka, since in the center it is practically impossible to park, from any of them, we can walk to the restaurant Bodegon in less than 5 minutes. <\/p>\n

We went to the Bodegon on the recommendation of a friend from Mundaka, a recommendation we were grateful for, as it is the first restaurant we have visited that includes grilled fish of the day in its daily menu, a detail that is appreciated. Upon entering, we asked at the bar if it was possible to eat the menu of the day (we had not booked), to which we were told to go to the dining room, a small dining room, dominated by a large window overlooking the harbor and grills on embers in the background. <\/p>\n
