The whole team of the Pentxo Restaurant, from the last of the incorporations to Pentxo himself, does a great job in the day to day of this great establishment. We must emphasize and highlight the work of the cooks, and it is that, in all these years in which the Restaurant Pentxo has stood out in the Old Helmet of Bilbao, the women have always been the artists of the kitchen. Currently, mother and daughter, Loli and Henar respectively, are in charge of creating and elaborating the dishes on the menu.
