Although it is not a very large space, it houses more than 400 pieces of great value, tools, containers, mechanical machines and a long etcetera that we hope you will get to know on your next visit to Gorrotxategi Confectionery Museum shows us the evolution of the confectioners&#8217; working techniques between the 14th and 19th centuries, a transformation that they narrate to us through the we find the sections of chocolate, wheat, sponge cake, liquor, cream, butter, ice cream, candy, nougat, honey and finally the wax, by the way, very curious this last section.<\/p>\n<div family was being demolished, one of the members of the family, Jos\u00e9 Mari, decided, aware of the importance of the establishment in part of Basque culture, to create the current Gorrotxategi
