To emphasize; wide lounges, several terraces, children&#8217;s area, parking and large fields. In the interior area we find 2 differentiated spaces, a large dining room with continuous tables and a small side addition, quieter, with more privacy. In order not to find ourselves trapped in the long lines that form during the weekends and summer season, we recommend bringing forward the time to eat. Since Jose Miguel &#8220;Batela&#8221; and M\u00aa Bego\u00f1a opened the Asador Urizar in the summer of 1997, both the team of professionals who work there and the family nucleus that manages it have done a great job to maintain the level of the Asador Urizar. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Edificio-Asador-Cervecer%C3%ADa-Urizar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9803\" src=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Edificio-Asador-Cervecer%C3%ADa-Urizar-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"building-roaster-brewery-urizing\" width=\"618\" height=\"348\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Menu<\/strong>: Although many of the people who go to Asador Urizar ignore the potential of its cuisine (a group in which we were included until a couple of days ago) we must take into account that thanks to its commitment to local products, some of its grilled fish are among the best valued dishes in the region of Uribe.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Pimientos-verdes-Asador-Cervecer%C3%ADa-Urizar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9810\" src=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Pimientos-verdes-Asador-Cervecer%C3%ADa-Urizar-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"peppers-green-peppers-roaster-brewery-roasting\" width=\"618\" height=\"348\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the Asador Cervecera Urizar, we find 2 types of menus, the brewery and the special ones. Although both types have our approval, we must be clear about the difference between them. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Ensalada-de-bacalao-Asador-Cervecer%C3%ADa-Urizar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9804\" src=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Ensalada-de-bacalao-Asador-Cervecer%C3%ADa-Urizar-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"salad-from-bacalao-broiler-roaster-brewery-urizar\" width=\"618\" height=\"348\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the beer menus we find dishes like normal salad, chicken, french fries, chorizo in cider, green peppers, homemade croquettes or black pudding, while in the special menus of Asador Urizar we find txitxarro, grilled prawns, warm salad of cod, grilled steak, grilled rib, grilled entrecote, grilled turbot, txipirones encebollados or ijadas of bonito among many others. In Urizar not only good chicken is served, the grilled fish and its meats with garnish demand their place in the tables of this restaurant from Bizkaia. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Chicharro-en-Urizar.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-9801\" src=\"http:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Chicharro-en-Urizar-1024x556.jpg\" alt=\"chicharro-en-urizar\" width=\"618\" height=\"336\" srcset=\"https:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Chicharro-en-Urizar.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/turismovasco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Chicharro-en-Urizar-300x163.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 618px) 100vw, 618px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service<\/strong>: Regardless of the type of dish chosen, self-service is the format used at Asador Urizar to manage the dispatch of its dishes. An agile and practical format, very extended among the establishments of beer type but strange when it comes to dishes such as turbot or steak.
