And it is that, the already famous quote &#8220;To go up to Sollube is courage. Having a drink on the terrace, enjoying their menu of the day or tasting their dishes a la carte can be an unbeatable option if we are near Bermeo, a safe bet. Although we visit the Cannon Restaurant regularly, so far we had limited ourselves to take pictures and post them on our <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/@turismo_vasco\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/TurismoVasco-168255643377063\/\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/turismo_vasco\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> accounts, but today, we want to make a brief summary of everything we have found in this house over time. Attention!   <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: The curves of the Sollube, shady and long, are the anteroom to the oasis formed by the small terrace of the Cannon restaurant, undoubtedly one of the jewels of this Basque restaurant.<\/p>\n<div class=\"google-map \"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"\" height=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" marginheight=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/embed?pb=!1m18!1m12!1m3!1d1439.435596912102!2d-2.761104787965395!3d43.40499875227161!2m3!1f0!2f0!3f0!3m2!1i1024!2i768!4f13.1!3m3!1m2!1s0x0%3A0xb01cb07cb97592d5!2sAsador+Cannon!5e1!3m2!1ses!2ses!4v1465153505672&amp;output=embed\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Located in the town of Bermeo, the restaurant offers beautiful views of the town center accompanied in the distance by the Cantabrian Sea and the platform &#8220;La gaviota&#8221;. The gull, is a platform that was once used to exploit a natural gas field, a platform, which today has been converted into a deposit of gas reserves taking advantage of the natural cavities under the sea. Among its specialties, we find grilled fish and meat, 2 dishes that have the secret in their origin, fish from the port of Bermeo and selected meats of the country. The fresh prawns, well cooked. The cutlet, from large cattle, pure butter. The grilled fish, varied, simple, as fresh fish should be.
