In addition, in the Izki Park you can also enjoy strolling through the valley and visiting the natural and artificial structures that are displayed in this beautiful natural enclosure, from huts and castles to caves and archaeological remains. The Gorbeia Natural Park has more than 20 thousand hectares of protected territory and is one of the favorite places for tourists from all over the world who visit Alava, besides being known for the Gorbea Cross, one of the emblems of the park. Gorbea mountain is the highest point of the natural park at approximately 1400 meters above sea level, being one of the highest peaks in the community of Alava and for its climatic characteristics and its diversity of flora and fauna is considered one of <b>the<\/b> <b>best mountains in Alava<\/b>.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mount Aitzuri:<\/strong> This peak, one of the highest in the Basque Country, is the main point of interest of the Aizkorri Aratz Natural Park. One of the characteristics that determines this park, is that the mountain range that is in it, divides the territory between Guipuzcoa and Alava, being a very interesting site when it comes to know better the Basque Country.
