Due to the rugged geography of the region, different cliffs have formed along the coast that over time have become places with a special charm. Below we will list 5 of the most charming and beautiful <strong>cliffs in Vizcaya<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Gorliz Cliffs:<\/strong> Near the Gorliz lighthouse, going up the mountain from the end of the beach of Gorliz, there is a beautiful and imposing cliff. This cliff and its lighthouse are visited daily by many people, both Basques and tourists. Most of the people who visit it keep a beautiful memory when observing the contrast generated by the clash between the powerful waters of the Cantabrian Sea and the rocks of the mountain on which the lighthouse is located. In the campsite, which is located a few meters from the beach, all kinds of active tourism activities such as trekking, mountaineering and even climbing are usually carried out. One of its charms is the battery that is near the lighthouse, a battery that together with the tunnels and passages that surround the area form one of the defense complexes that Frank commanded to build against a hypothetical attack by sea.    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"clear\"><\/div><div style=\"margin-top:10px; margin-bottom:10px;\" class=\"divider divider-normal\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Cliffs of Lekeitio:<\/strong> In the town of Leketio there are cliffs from where you can get beautiful views of the entire port of Leketio, also from this site you can see the lighthouse. During the summer season this place usually becomes a very busy place for Basques and tourists. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Bakio Cliffs:<\/strong> Relatively close to the city of Bilbao, the aforementioned cliff is an escape route from the busy city (capital of the province). In this place, you can appreciate the best of nature, finding a wealth of vegetation and fauna worthy of visiting and admiring. In addition, the views of the whole area are some of the best you can appreciate of the Basque coast. We must remember that near this town is San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, a work of art of nature and mankind.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Uribe Costa Cliffs:<\/strong> On the coast of Biscay, from Getxo to Armintza are these magnificent cliffs where nature does its part to form a simply spectacular geographical complex. Without being so far from the main municipalities of the province, these <b>cliffs of Biscay <\/b>are the best alternatives for those who wish to visit and get to know in depth the natural side of the Basque coast. If you do not have time to see all the cliffs that we propose, we advise you to take this one as the most beautiful, simple (the whole coast between getxo and sopelana is united by an incredible walk that leaves no one indifferent) and close to very touristic places like the old port of algorta or the hanging bridge.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kobaron cliffs:<\/strong> In these cliffs runs a path called Itsas Lur, which links Kobaron with other municipalities in the province as Pobe\u00f1a. These cliffs give a very good view of the Biscayan coast.
